Revvirt Inc. ("Revvirt," "we," "us," or "our") facilitates securities offerings pursuant to Regulation A, Tier 2 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended ("Reg A+"). All offerings made through the Revvirt platform are subject to applicable federal and state securities laws.

SEC Regulation A+

Under Regulation A+, Tier 2, issuers may raise up to $75 million in any 12-month period from both accredited and non-accredited investors. All offerings made available through Revvirt have been, or will be, qualified by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") prior to being made available to investors.

Non-accredited investors may invest in Tier 2 offerings subject to investment limits. Specifically, non-accredited investors may not invest more than 10% of the greater of their annual income or net worth in Tier 2 offerings during any 12-month period.

• Illiquidity: There is currently no established secondary market for Revvirt securities. Investors should expect to hold their investment for the full anticipated hold period (typically 4–6 years) and may not be able to exit early.

• Operator Risk: The performance of each business depends heavily on the management team and operator assigned post-acquisition. Changes in key personnel could adversely affect operations.

AI-generated analyses, risk scores, and projections displayed on this platform are tools to assist human decision-making — they are not guarantees of investment outcomes. All AI-generated outputs are reviewed by our investment team prior to any offering being made available to investors. However, no review process can eliminate all errors. Investors should not rely solely on AI-generated information when making investment decisions.
